ERP Application Training :-

As a part of this phase, a detailed training would be provided to the identified users of client product which has been built. The training can be classified into Function training and Technical training.

During functional training – the focus will be on demonstrating the various processes, sub processes within a module to the Domain experts.

Infoway Technologies would train the Key users who in turn are responsible to provide training to other users in various locations. All key users from various units shall be assembled in HO for the training.

It will be the responsibility of client SPOC, to ensure that the required Hardware & Software [Oracle DB License- if not procured from infoway] is procured / installed prior to the commencement of the project.

	client users will be trained on the process which has been developed
	Approach for training will be a class room training (Theory) followed by Product demo
	After the demo, the users will have a practice session wherein they will have to enter sample transactions and get accustomed to the system
Technical training
	As a part of this training the client IT team will trained on
	Overall system architecture
	Product features and functionality
	How to create / make changes to a process
	How to create / make changes to a report
As a part of Technical training – the users would be trained on Axpert developer engine which would enable the team to Manage, Maintain & Develop new functionalities in the future. The training would be structured to cover all these aspects
